• Orders are confirmed by email, but PSBC LIMITED reserves the right to accept or reject any order within 30 days.

• Products are not second-hand or defective.

• Items must be returned with tags and original packaging intact.

• You may return the products you have ordered within fourteen (14 days) from the date of receipt. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, whether for orders in Europe, the USA, or internationally.
• For discounted items (Sales, Archive, Outlet, Black Friday, Private Sales), all purchases are considered FINAL SALE. Returns are not accepted for customers in the USA and internationally. In Europe, returns are accepted within 14 days, in compliance with sales regulations, with return shipping costs borne by the customer.
• Returns can only be made in accordance with the requirements and procedures outlined in our Return Policy, available on our website. These conditions are deemed read and accepted at the time of order placement.

• Customers must await confirmation before sending back items.
